Stanley G. Tate
 
Mr. Tate began his business career in 1949, building single and multi-family residential properties. By the late 1950s, his company, Stanley Tate Builders, Inc., broadened its scope to include commercial and industrial properties as well as providing leasing and consulting services. Beginning in 1969 he focused on condominium development in addition to shopping center, apartment, office building, warehouse, restaurant, and residential construction. In 1986, he established Tate Enterprises as a holding company for his investment, construction, and consulting activities.

Mr. Tate participated in the formation of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989, the legislation which laid the foundation for the Resolution Trust Corporation ("RTC"). Mr. Tate's involvement with the then newly-formed RTC began in 1989 when he was named Chairman of Region 1, which included 20 states on the Eastern seaboard. In July 1993, Mr. Tate was nominated by then President Clinton for appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the RTC. Mr. Tate withdrew his nomination in November 1993. His influence in the real estate and housing industry in the U.S. continued with his membership on Fannie Mae's National Housing Impact Advisory Council, a post he held from 1994 - 1996.

A resident of Dade County, Florida, helping the community is very much a part of Mr. Tate's life. Mr. Tate was instrumental in the design and implementation of the Florida Prepaid College Program, which was created in 1987. By an act of the Florida Legislature and then through a Bill signed by Governor Jeb Bush, the program was renamed the "Stanley G. Tate Florida Prepaid College Program" in 2006. This program continues to provide Florida residents affordable education options for their children with over 1.2 million contracts as of June 2007. Mr. Tate served as the Chairman of the Board for the first 18 years of the program's existence.

Larry W. Latham, CEO
 
Larry W. Latham is Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of AmeriBid.

Mr. Latham will contribute his knowledge and experience resulting from a multitude of successful business ventures spanning his 35 year career. Most recently, he served on the Board of Agent Science Technologies, Inc. (now NeoKinetics Corp.), a company which specializes in solving security challenges through behavior/biometric relationship technology. Prior to his work with Agent Science Technologies, Mr. Latham created Homebid.com, which is believed to be the first real estate Internet auction company in the United States. Prior to founding Homebid.com, Mr. Latham teamed with the Norman Levy Company, forming Levy/Latham Global. In 1997, this company was awarded the Department of Defense ("DOD") contract to sell defense surplus materials worldwide. The DOD contract followed Mr. Latham's work with the Federal Communications Commission, which earned the U.S. Treasury billions of dollars for the sale of Interactive Video Data Service licenses and cellular phone frequencies. From 1994-96, Mr. Latham served as the Chairman of the Board for Capital Registry, an international aviation marketing group specializing in the sale of used commercial aircraft from Boeing, Lockheed, and McDonnell Douglas.

Mr. Latham's merging of auction methodology with the Internet began in the mid-1990's when he aligned Larry Latham Auctioneers, Inc. with Cantor Fitzgerald to establish an Internet-based platform to sell financial instruments, loans and mortgages owned by failed banks and savings and loan institutions. Mr. Latham founded Larry Latham Auctioneers in 1981, and it has sold over 150,000 primarily residential properties for HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the VA, RTC, FDIC, the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation, and many other financial and banking institutions.

Mr. Latham has also served as an advisor to Brigham Young University, relating to the creation of scholarships and grants for entrepreneurial business majors.

Louis B. Fisher, III, President
 
Louis B. Fisher, III is President and a member of the Board of Directors of AmeriBid.

Most recently, Mr. Fisher was the National Auctioneer for Sperry Van Ness, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm in the U.S. as well as the former Chief Executive Officer of Fisher Auction Co., Inc., a nationally recognized real estate auction firm. In these positions, Mr. Fisher has specialized in major corporate, banking, institutional and government business development, resulting in more than $1.5 billion of sales revenues.

Mr. Fisher is a three-time champion auctioneer, having personally conducted over 2,500 auctions with 23,000 properties in 46 states, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. He has conducted the largest real estate auction in Texas and the single largest on-line real estate auction in the U.S. He helped develop and perfect the bid process known as the "Sealed Bid/Auction" regularly used for U.S. government properties. He is a recognized expert on the accelerated marketing process, conducting seminars to industry trade associations and governmental groups throughout the United States.

Mr. Fisher is a native of Broward County, Florida. He earned the C.A.I. designation from the Auction Marketing Institute.

Douglas G. Dennison, COO
 
Douglas G. Dennison is the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of AmeriBid.

Mr. Dennison was Executive Vice President with the Fisher Auction Co., Inc., a nationally recognized real estate auction firm, and was responsible for marketing and project management. In this position, he worked with government and banking clients, organizing successful auctions resulting in over $600 million in real estate sales and establishing broker networks with over 5,000 agents in 32 states. Mr. Dennison was also the District Sales Manager for The Keyes Company, a 1,800 agent realty firm with 31 offices across Florida. His responsibilities included management as well as the expansion of the company into Palm Beach County, opening two offices with 62 sales associates.

Mr. Dennison was integral in the inclusion of the term "auction marketing" with the Resolution Trust Corporation initial legislation. Before entering the real estate field, Mr. Dennison was the Vice President and subsequently the acting CEO of the YMCA of Greater Miami. Mr. Dennison has a long history of media involvement, publishing numerous articles and hosting real estate radio productions, and has received numerous awards for community service and business excellence.

Fran Weichsel, Vice President
 
Fran Weichsel is an Executive Vice President of AmeriBid. Her Dallas-based office will be responsible for managing service contractor relationships, pursuing business expansion opportunities, and project management in the disposition of assets.

Previously, Ms. Weichsel was a sales manager for the National Property Disposition Center, Fannie Mae's foreclosure division. From 1996-2007, she was responsible for the direct disposition of approximately 25,000 properties in specific geographic territories throughout the country, managing one of the largest asset disposition teams of Fannie Mae from 2003-2007. Additionally, she consulted with Fannie Mae's eBusiness division to develop and provide a financing product targeted to the underserved population of potential homebuyers. Ms. Weichsel spearheaded the alternative disposition effort, focusing on auction sales for the accelerated disposition of residential assets.

Prior to Fannie Mae, Ms. Weichsel worked for Freddie Mac in the REO division as Asset Manager. Before moving to Texas in 1994, she was a Branch Manager with MetMor Financial in the Boston area and a residential appraiser in the state of Maine.

Billy McGehee
 
Billy McGehee brings over three decades of leadership and senior management experience to his role with AmeriBid. Currently Mr. McGehee's efforts are focused on running ATHLETES FOR AMERICA, an organization he founded to promote emergency preparedness after the events of September 11, 2001.

Mr. McGehee is the past President/CEO of the Tampa Bay Lightning and St. Pete Times Forum. He also served on the NHL Board of Governors.

He is one of the founding members of the executive team that established the Arena Football League's Orlando Predators. He has served as General Manager for both the New Orleans and Nashville Arena League Franchises, as well as Vice President of sales, marketing and operations for the World Champion Tampa Bay Storm. Mr. McGehee has assisted ownership groups in Atlanta, Raleigh and Charlotte with their respective franchises. In 1998, Mr. McGehee was awarded the Arena Football League's Founders Award, which is given annually to the individual(s) who have contributed most to the growth and image of the Arena Football League.

A former world ranked professional tennis player, Mr. McGehee started WM Sports Enterprises, which specialized in the promotion and management of international sporting events. From 1983-1991 WM Sports owned, operated and managed over 100 major sporting events including; Bjorn Borg's and Chris Evert's Retirement Nights, a NBA Summer All-Star series event, Jimmy Connors, Ivan Lendl, Mats Wilander, exhibition matches, United States Olympic Boxing events, the Women's World Doubles Championships, as well as numerous NCAA events.

Mr. McGehee was born March 18, 1954 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University on a four year athletic scholarship for tennis and was a playing member of the SEC Championship team in 1976.

Robert S. Munter
 
Robert S. Munter is co-owner and Senior Vice President of Munter Brothers Auctioneers, a full service auction and appraisal company specializing in real estate, automobiles, and personal property auctions. With more than 20 years of experience in the auction business, Mr. Munter has been involved in the successful auction of thousands of real properties in over twenty states, and in excess of 1 million automobiles throughout the country. He oversees all aspects of the company's operations and is involved in all auctions conducted by Munter Brothers Auctioneers.

Mr. Munter is a 1988 graduate of the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering. He currently retains auction and real estates licenses in several states and is a member of the National Auctioneers Association. He was elected and served several terms as Director of the Florida Auctioneers Association, and in 1994, was awarded the title of "Florida State Champion Auctioneer."

Mr. Munter resides in Connecticut with his wife Lisa and two children, Reece and Delaney.

Karen Knapp
 
Karen Knapp is a real estate sales professional with experience in auction, new home construction, and the residential resale market. Since 1999 Ms. Knapp has worked with Pulte Homes, RE/MAX Realty Associates and Century 21 Sunshine in the Tampa, FL market.

Prior to her association with Pulte Homes, Ms. Knapp was Project Manager with Larry Latham Auctioneers (The Latham Company). In this position she was responsible for the planning, management, marketing, and coordination of real estate auction events nationwide. This included site selection, staffing, creation of marketing materials, multi-media marketing campaigns, and public relations. Ms. Knapp developed auction workshops and seminars for brokers and buyers and also managed the relationships with sellers, including the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), U.S. Customs Service, Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the General Services Administration (GSA). Her Field Office sales projects resulted in the disposition of more than 4,000 commercial and residential assets nation-wide.

Ms. Knapp graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Liberal Arts. She resides in Tampa, Fl. She is a licensed Real Estate Associate and a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Pam Gibbons
 
Pam Gibbons is currently a Partner and Vice President of Operations for First Title and Escrow, Inc., a nationwide title and settlement services company located in Rockville, MD. In her current position Ms. Gibbons oversees all aspects of the company's transactions in the commercial, residential and foreclosure divisions.

Previous Ms. Gibbons was a sales manager for NVR Settlement Services, managing the both internal and external sales for their Maryland and Virginia divisions. In this position she was responsible for the national account relationship as well as local business. Ms. Gibbons began her career as a Realtor, specializing in the marketing and sale of residential properties for several years prior to focusing on the title and settlement aspects of the real estate industry.

She graduated from Montgomery College. She currently resides in the Washington, D.C. area with her husband, John and her three children, Kelly, Katelynn and Karleigh.

Rick Munter
 
Rick Munter is the co-owner and President of Munter Brothers Auctioneers, a full service auction and appraisal company. Munter Brothers has a 20 year history auctioning real property, automobiles, equipment, estates and businesses for companies throughout the U.S.

In addition to his involvement with Munter Brothers Auctioneers, Mr. Munter has worked as a contract auctioneer with companies including Manheim Auto Auctions, Adesa Auctions, Auto Nation, and the Auto Auction of New England.


Mr. Munter won the Florida Auctioneer Championship title in 1996. He regularly donates his time and talent for charity auctions and has helped raised over $3 million for charities such as St. Jude's Hospital, Kids in Crisis, JoeDiMaggio Children's Hospital and Habitat for Humanity.

Mr. Munter resides in Connecticut with his wife Cheryl and his two children, Tyler and Marissa. He holds his real estate license, auction business license, and is a long-standing member of the National Auctioneers Association.

RJon Robins is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Florida with a special interest in the preservation, rehabilitation and monetization of assets in dispute and distressed companies. He is the author of "Controlling and Monetizing Assets In Dispute; A Practical Guide To Receivership For Florida Attorneys." Mr. Robins is admitted to practice before the United States Southern District Court and is a Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He has worked for both the Office of the United States Trustee and (Chief) Bankruptcy Judge A.J. Cristol. He has been called in to stabilize numerous law firms belonging to lawyers disciplined by the Florida Bar in a wide variety of practice areas including real estate and bankruptcy law. Mr. Robins has been contracted by Receiver Lewis B Freeman and the forensic accounting firm of Lewis B. Freeman & Partners to investigate, organize and document multi-million dollar cases involving both national and family-owned companies with such assets as real estate, going-concern businesses and unaccounted-for works of art.

Frederick A. (Sam) Luft, III has been an auctioneer since 1991, most recently for Pifer's Realty & Auction Company in Scottsdale, AZ. Prior to his current position Mr. Luft worked with CWS Marketing Group providing auction, sales, leasing and business development services.

From 1991-2000, Mr. Luft was President of Larry Latham Auctioneers (The Latham Company). In that capacity Mr. Luft was responsible for final analysis of auction marketability for both residential and commercial properties, targeting specific markets and determination of strategies. His administration of the Latham Company's national multi-year Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) contract produced more than $700 million in auction sales. He structured auctions for the General Services Administration (GSA), HUD, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), the U.S. Marshals Service, the Housing Authority of Los Angeles, U.S. Postal Service and the Rural Housing Service.

Mr. Luft interests include coaching youth baseball, golf and skiing. He graduated from the Arizona State University with a B.A. in Communications and Marketing.

Steven H. Greenberg
 
Steven H. Greenberg brings over 20 years of experience in real estate sales, development and management, including almost a decade as Section Chief for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

Mr. Greenberg is the owner of Metrowest Oak Realty, LLC, a Massachusetts developer of single family, multi-family, and commercial property for both private and municipal clients. Additionally his firm provides market analyses, property valuation and marketing services for investors in the private and public sector.

During his tenure with the FDIC, Mr. Greenberg was responsible for the liquidation of a $600 million portfolio. With his staff of 12 account officers, he determined the most appropriate and efficient marketing srategies based on asset type, length of ownership and market analysis. With the resulting data he conducted auctions and sealed bid sales, reviewing all proposals prior to acceptance.

Mr. Greenberg graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Utica University in Syracuse, NY.
